Value Village is one of those places that really tests your thrift shopping patience. The massive store has decent organization and wide aisles, but lately their prices have gotten pretty wild - sometimes higher than retail! Their board games and puzzle section is surprisingly solid, and you can occasionally snag some great kitchen items if you're willing to dig. The self-checkout is handy, but watch out for inconsistent pricing and some questionable management practices. Not my first choice for thrifting anymore, but worth checking out during their sales events if you join their points program. Just don't expect those magical thrift store bargains of yesteryear.
