RAPS Animal Hospital Thrift Store @ Francis Rd

This cozy two-floor thrift shop puts heart into helping animals, and it shows. The downstairs is packed with everyday treasures - I've scored everything from brand-new dog collars to barely-used kitchen gear (once nabbed a Cuisinart coffee maker for a steal). Upstairs houses a surprisingly good clothing section, with some decent brand names mixed in. Love the quirky art gallery setup along the stairway. Staff can be hit-or-miss since it's mostly volunteers, but prices are fair and the money goes to a great cause. Way better choice than the big chain thrift stores if you're in Richmond.
