Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia @ W Broad St

I have mixed feelings about this Goodwill location on West Broad. While you can occasionally snag some decent secondhand finds at reasonable prices, the shopping experience itself can be hit-or-miss. The store is on the smaller side and the selection is pretty average for a Goodwill. What really drags this place down is the inconsistent customer service - I've witnessed some uncomfortable interactions between staff and shoppers. If you're in the area it's worth a quick browse, but I wouldn't make a special trip. Much better thrift options elsewhere in the city.
